These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of themystictwins.net (the "Site") and any booking or inquiry you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Mystic Twins refers to McMaine and McKenzie (Nana Akwasi Agyemang Panyin and Nana Akwasi Agyemang Kakra), operating this Site to offer private spiritual consultations, share their work through the Kasa Preko Podcast, and share information about their philanthropic activities.

2. Booking a Consultation

The Site offers two ways to reach out for a consultation:

• Local Consultation — for clients able to meet in person or connect locally.
• International Inquiry — for clients outside Ghana seeking a phone or WhatsApp call.

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A real member of the Mystic Twins' team will follow up with you on WhatsApp or by phone to discuss availability and, where applicable, propose and confirm a specific date and time.

3. No Online Payment

The Site does not process any payments. Any fees, if applicable to a consultation, are discussed and arranged directly with you outside the Site, and are not covered by these Terms.

4. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Availability

Session times are proposed by the Mystic Twins' team based on availability. For local bookings, you may receive a one-time confirmation link to confirm a proposed time yourself. We reserve the right to reschedule a session where necessary, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone.

5. Conduct & Appropriate Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your booking
• Use the Site and booking forms for genuine consultation requests
• Treat the Mystic Twins and their team respectfully in all communications

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking request at our discretion, including where information provided appears inaccurate, abusive, or made in bad faith.

6. Nature of Services

Consultations offered by Mystic Twins are spiritual and personal guidance sessions. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Please read our full Disclaimer for more detail — it forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, the Mystic Twins name and logo, and Kasa Preko Podcast branding — belongs to Mystic Twins or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Twins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on guidance received during a consultation. Consultations are provided on a good-faith, best-effort basis.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
